You probably bought a DIE RINGE product and want to redeem the included voucher for the DIE RINGE app. Below we explain how to redeem the code correctly and get 30 days of free access to all content.

How to redeem your 30 days voucher QR code step-by step

1. Download the DIE RINGE app on your smartphone from Google Playstore or Apple Appstore.
2. Open the app and click the QR code icon on the login screen. Alternatively, click "I have a QR code" in your profile.
3. Scan the QR code with your camera or type the 8-digit code into the input field.

FAQs

In the profile, I do not see the button "I have a QR code".

The buttons will be hidden as soon as you already have or have had a subscription to DIE RINGE with your account. The 30 days voucher is exclusively for new customers to get to know the DIE RINGE app.
 

Can I redeem the code on the website?

The voucher is only redeemable in the app.

Can the voucher be combined with other discounts?

The QR code voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers (by mail, starter package). If you have mistakenly received both a code by mail and a QR code card, then use the code by mail. You are welcome to make friends and acquaintances happy with the QR card.
