DIE RINGE Parallettes are designed exclusively as training equipment and are intended solely for private use. They are not suitable for commercial, medical or therapeutic applications. The Parallettes are not toys for children. Only use the Parallettes as described in these instructions for use. Any other use is considered improper and may result in property damage. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by improper or incorrect use.

Inspect the product for defects and possible production errors. If you notice any defects in the product, do not start using it and contact us by mail. Improper handling of the Parallettes may result in injury.

Before you start exercising, be sure to consult a physician to determine or avoid any health risks. Pay attention to your body‘s signals. Improper or excessive exercise can put your health at risk. If at any time during exercise you experience pain, chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, dizziness or drowsiness, stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention.

 


Proper use

Do not use the Parallettes near stairs or stair landings. Use the Parallettes on a firm, level and non-slip surface. Ensure a sufficient safety distance between you and furniture, walls, etc. Keep a sufficient distance from other people and/or objects during use. Always wear appropriate clothing and footwear during exercise. The Parallettes cannot be used by more than one person at a time. Train with an expert trainer who will guide you through the exercises correctly.

 


Care

Improper handling can cause damage to the Parallettes. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, brushes with metal or nylon bristles, or sharp or metallic cleaning objects such as knives, hard spatulas, etc. These can damage the surfaces.
